Happy 3:16 Day!

"For God so loved the world that He gave His One and Only Son,

that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life."

John 3:16

For God so loved...he gavE

On this day, 3/16, we look to this famous passage of Scripture to find a beautiful description of God's love: "For God so loved...He gave."

God doesn't stand idly by looking for handouts. God's love is generous and giving. God's love for you caused Him to give His very best - His Son, Jesus Christ.

Today, the people of LIFE Fellowship of Frederick would like to follow in the footsteps of our Savior by giving to YOU. This is our way of saying "Thank You" for the sacrifice and dedication you display everyday just by showing up for work. Your faithfulness to our community is often overlooked and under-appreciated...much like that of our Savior. You understand what the heart of sacrifice is all about, and for that we are truly grateful.

On Monday night a number of people from our church assembled these gifts for you, and as we did we took time to pray for you. We prayed:

 - that God would bless you,

 - the He would encourage you in your various roles and responsibilities,

 - and that He would make His love known to you in a powerful way.

Our gift to you pales in comparison to the gift God has made available to each and every one of us. If there is anything we can do to help you know the depth of God's love for you today, please allow us the privilege of doing so.

We have heard from many people that they have been burned by "the church", so they stay away from "church" altogether. If you identify with that statement, please know that it wasn't God who failed you but sinful man. We want you to know that our church is comprised of flawed people saved by God's love and grace. We understand grace because we have received God's free gift of grace!

Please join us on Sunday mornings at 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM as our church celebrates God's love and grace together. We'd love to have you.

On behalf of everyone at LIFE Fellowship of Frederick, thanks for all you are and all you do!
